How does the free trial work?
14 days fully free, no credit card needed. You get instant access to all Pro features. On day 12 we send a reminder. On day 14 you pick a tier or pause your account.
How fast can I be live?
5 minutes. After sign-up our setup wizard walks you through: company details (KvK auto-fills), first customer, first quote. You can invoice via iDEAL immediately.
Can I import my own data?
Yes. CSV import for customers, products and historic invoices. For Moneybird/e-Boekhouden/Exact: one click and we pull it across.
Pricing & cancellation
What does it cost?
Solo €19, Pro €29, Business €49 per user per month. Annual plan: 2 months free. No setup fees, no hidden costs.
How do I cancel?
One click in settings. Monthly plan ends at month-end. Annual plan gets pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days.
30-day money-back?
Yes. Not happy? One email to support, money back to your account within 5 working days. No reason required, no fine print.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing, unless you actively pick a tier. Your account pauses and data stays accessible for 90 days for export or reactivation.
Features & integrations
Does the app work offline in the van?
Yes. Work orders, photos and signatures work without signal. As soon as you have network, everything syncs automatically.
Which accounting tools does it connect to?
Native sync with Moneybird, e-Boekhouden and Exact Online (Business). Twinfield in Q3 2026.
How does iDEAL payment work?
Mollie button in every invoice email. Customer taps 'Pay', picks a bank, confirms. Webhook updates invoice status. Average payment time: 11 days.
Does it work on iPad/iPhone/Android?
Yes, as a progressive web app. No app-store account needed, just open it in the browser and 'add to home screen'. Works offline.
Can I use my own template/logo?
Yes. Logo, colour and letterhead in 30 seconds. PDFs use your brand identity, so do email templates.
Wkb & compliance
What is a Wkb dossier and why do I need one?
Mandatory since 1-1-2024 for renovations and new builds. Craftbon builds the dossier automatically with required photo moments, NEN checklists and certificates.
Is it accepted by KOMO and Woningborg?
Yes. Our Wkb dossier export is approved by KOMO-certified contractors and Woningborg inspection. SWK too.
What about GDPR and privacy?
Servers in Frankfurt (AWS, EU), DPIA in place, ISO 27001 in progress. Customer data stays 100% in the EU. Data processing agreement included by default.
Security & data
What if I want my data back?
One button 'Full export' delivers a ZIP with all quotes, work orders, invoices and photos in PDF + CSV + UBL. Works after cancellation too — 90 days export access.
Who can see my data?
Only you and your team members with the right role. Audit log shows every change. Support can only look in after explicit consent, and that access is logged.
What if Craftbon disappears?
Unlikely, but: in case of bankruptcy customers get 90 days to export. Source-code escrow with a notary for enterprise customers.
